It's hard on everybody involved when a church adds a service or switches service times. What are the features and benefits to the new schedule? How will everyone remember it? Why not have a left-handed guitar (and left-lipped harmonica) player do a bad Bob Dylan imitation to sear the information in their brains? The times are indeed a'changin'.
